  • Any condition presenting an immediate threat to life

Urgent property issue

Protect people, then report it.

Examples may include:

  • Active water flow that cannot be safely contained
  • Complete loss of essential heat during dangerous cold
  • Sparking, burning odor, or another electrical concern after immediate danger is addressed
  • A security failure that prevents the home from being secured
