At move-in
- Complete any provided condition documentation and retain a copy.
- Keep photographs of existing conditions with the date they were taken.
- Confirm utility responsibilities and service-start dates.
- Save the Resident Center and official contact information.
During the tenancy
Use the maintenance form for repair issues and the payment portal for rent. General contact is appropriate for questions that do not fit either path.
Written records
Keep your lease, payment confirmations, maintenance references, and important written communications. Do not send sensitive financial credentials through ordinary email or contact forms.
Changes in your household
Review your lease and contact Liber-Tea Ventures before making changes that require approval. Do not assume that a general website answer changes the written agreement.
