The $50 fee is nonrefundable once screening or application processing has begun, except where required by law or expressly stated by Liber-Tea Ventures LLC. Payment does not guarantee approval or reserve a property.

Complete the secure application.
Select the property you are applying for and provide complete, accurate information. The form will guide the primary applicant and any additional adult applicants through their required steps.
Do not enter bank-account numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or full payment-card details into document uploads or open-text fields. Payment information should only be entered in the form’s secure payment step.
